Walter J. Crawford, Founder

Walter J. Crawford, PCC is an executive and leadership coach, consultant, and connector at heart. He is the Principal of Crawford Corner, LLC and a founding partner of The Soul of Leading Institute, based in the Washington, DC metro area.

Walter is passionate about supporting and developing leaders so they can unlock their full potential and achieve meaningful, lasting impact. His coaching is grounded in empathy, encouragement, and an understanding of human behavior—creating space for honest reflection, personal insight, and genuine connection. Whether one-on-one or in teams, Walter’s coaching and facilitation style is tailored to the unique needs of each client, helping them grow in both confidence and clarity.

Drawing from his extensive experience as a former C-suite leader in Human Resources and Operations, Walter brings a strategic and relational approach to his consulting and facilitation work. He supports leaders and organizations in areas such as leadership and organizational development, strategic management, equity and inclusion—all with a focus on strengthening connection across people, purpose, and systems.

Walter is particularly skilled at coaching senior executives, mid-level managers, and emerging leaders as they navigate transitions, define strategy, and lead change. Known for his calm, direct, and supportive presence, he empowers individuals and teams to deepen self-awareness, make aligned decisions, and foster healthy, connected cultures. His clients span federal and local government, finance, education, nonprofit, and social justice sectors.

Walter believes that leadership at its best is transformational rooted in authenticity, connection, and service. He is committed to walking alongside his clients on their journeys of growth, empowerment, and fulfillment.

Over his career, Walter has served in senior roles within the District of Columbia government and at Hilton Worldwide. He is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a certified practitioner of multiple leadership assessment tools. He holds an M.B.A., is a nationally Certified Public Manager, and has a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

When he's not working, Walter enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, and playing tennis—often finding inspiration in the power of connection both on and off the court.

As a partner with Crawford Corner and CEO of Triple W Forum, a personal and leadership development company, Jennifer is a certified coach and consultant who possesses a unique blend of corporate, public affairs, marketing and non-profit management experience. As a result, she is a sought-after keynote speaker as well as designer/facilitator for retreats and workshops.

Jennifer’s work in connecting individuals with their strengths and helping them become more effective paved the way for innovative training and development programs, executive and leadership coaching, and a work life integration retreat hosted annually in North Carolina which has been featured in the Leadership issue of Yoga Journal

Previously, Jennifer served as executive director of the American Marketing Association, Chicago Chapter and director of engagement for WOMMA. She is the recipient of the Miami University Women’s Leadership and Male Ally Award for her dedication to the empowerment and advancement of women.

She volunteers on the board of Mental Health America of NWI and is a member of the Newfield Network Alumni Committee. She is known for her productive, playful, engaging, and energizing facilitation style.
