Crawford Corner is a coaching and advisory company focused on inspiring a journey of growth and discovery for leaders, organizations and communities. We support a variety of clients including federal and local government, small business, not-for-profit organizations and Universities, by utilizing extensive experience in human resources, leadership development and executive level management.

At Crawford Corner we recognize and understand that organizations experience sustained success when leaders create the space for themselves and their workforce for self-awareness, self-reflection, growth and development. Bringing attention to leadership presence, issues such as organization turn-over, opportunity for inclusive and generative dialogue, are ways we help leaders know the internal health of their organizations and teams. Coaching, advising, facilitating powerful conversations, strategic planning, are some of the ways we guide individuals, leaders and organizations to realize and create possibilities.

Walter J. Crawford, PCC is a coach, consultant, and facilitator. He is the owner of Crawford Corner, LLC, and founding partner of The Soul of Leading Institute, located in the Washington, DC metro area. 

Walter believes leadership in its best form is uplifting, supportive, and overall transformational. As an executive coach, he partners and collaborates with leaders on all levels in organizations to support and inspire their journey of learning and development using an open minded and goal-oriented approach. 

As a former c-level executive, Walter brings to his coaching insights over twenty years of human resources and operations leadership in both the public and private sector. Walter is particularly skilled at coaching and advising senior executives, mid-level managers, and individuals who are moving into new leadership roles, leading change management efforts and motivating teams. With his calming and direct approach, Walter is able to guide and inspire individuals and teams to maximize their abilities for optimal decision-making and achieving their goals. 

Clients often cite Walter’s years of human resource and operational experience, strategic management, organizational development, and process improvements, as a key reason for achieving results. Using his knowledge and facilitation skills, Walter has facilitated leadership trainings and discussions in support of a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment and overall growth. 

Over the course of his career, Walter has worked in multiple high-profile organizations within the District of Columbia government, in addition to Hilton Worldwide. Walter is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment. He holds an M.B.A., is a nationally Certified Public Manager with a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

As a partner with Crawford Corner and CEO of Triple W Forum, a personal and leadership development company, Jennifer is a certified coach and consultant who possesses a unique blend of corporate, public affairs, marketing and non-profit management experience. As a result, she is a sought-after keynote speaker as well as designer/facilitator for retreats and workshops.

Jennifer’s work in connecting individuals with their strengths and helping them become more effective paved the way for innovative training and development programs, executive and leadership coaching, and a work life integration retreat hosted annually in North Carolina which has been featured in the Leadership issue of Yoga Journal

Previously, Jennifer served as executive director of the American Marketing Association, Chicago Chapter and director of engagement for WOMMA. She is the recipient of the Miami University Women’s Leadership and Male Ally Award for her dedication to the empowerment and advancement of women.

She volunteers on the board of Mental Health America of NWI and is a member of the Newfield Network Alumni Committee. She is known for her productive, playful, engaging, and energizing facilitation style.
